

The sauce is hot, and it builds hotter as you eat it. The wings were cooked perfectly, the daikon adds a vinegar sour punch. This is Sriracha sweet and sour sauce, crispy garlic and pickled daikon. This is fabulous dish and possibly my favorite from the entire trip. It is so thick it almost builds its own crust on the ribs. The sauce is amazing, it is thick and sweet with a touch of heat. The peanuts add a nice texture crunch, but the lime is very subtle. The pork ribs were very tender almost falling off of the bone, possibly cooked in a pressure cooker. made with hoisin Thai BBQ, peanuts and lime.
